Enemies drop Biome Crates

A very simple mod that allows for biome crates to be dropped as a rare (twice as common as biome yoyos) drop from any enemy in the biome that it was killed in.
Allows per-biome toggling for crate drops.

Intended to slightly reduce grind for biome-related items without overpowering other methods, as well as introduce a little excitement from getting an unexpected crate drop.
