JM3 CHOP

⚠️ WARNING:

This mod is currently under development. It is not recommended for long-term playthroughs, as future updates may corrupt your saved game.

📝 DESCRIPTION:

Need to clear out the corpses around your base?
With this mod, you can remove them quickly and easily. All you need is a sharp knife or a saw.
You'll also gain a small amount of First Aid experience in the process.

@Kable and @galkinzhenia thanks for your report, 42.12 has brought some problems in several mods, for now I recommend uninstalling, sorry for the inconvenience

I used "E", my character says something when there's no corpses and enter vehicles, but I'm not fluent in Spanish which is fine

Is there no way to tell it to check if a Corpse is selected when you push the hot key? I'm not good with lua sorry.

@Kable thanks for your comment, first I did it by eliminating a single body located in the same cell as the player, but the cells are not visible and it was a bit rough, so I changed the mechanics by collecting the corpses from a small area and eliminating them all, it seems more practical than eliminating them 1 by 1. I'm not sure which key to leave by default, which one have you assigned to it?

but are all nearby corpses supposed to be chopped up at once?

Is there a chance you could make a hotkey for it ? Right-clicking can get finicky.

@Kable thanks for your report, it's a complex bug that also occurs in the vanilla game when you try to load a body, I've patched it so that if you're deleting a body, the delete option will be disabled

During removing a singular body, with the right-click menu open, after the action to remove the body is complete you can repeat the action with no initial body or secondary body present.

@Crowjoy you need a knife or saw, if you carry a broken knife it may not work.
