I see so you are using mods of some kind. The map has triggers which need to be hit in a certain order or the nav would probably break. So I'm not sure what these mods might do if allows things to happen which are not normal.
Did you experience the issue in single player or Online? If it was online did the server have a lot of mods or latency? and which in route did you experience. The map has two routes after filling generator, a long one where the doors to the security room blue doors are shut and a short one when their no doors there at all and you have to run back through the whole map again.
Finale, we enter the van, bots stand on the edge (poor pathing), push them inside and walking to the end helps barely. Still doesnt end despite all four survivors being inside.

Version 2.40 makes changes to the finale. The finale now uses director anger queries to determine if a tank or a wave of zombies should come. Director anger can be a number clamped from 0 to 10. With 10 being the angriest. Lets just say a wave of zombies is sent if the anger value is 6 or higher. Director anger is based on how well the players are doing.
This change will make it so players who are doing well will get an increasing challenge, and players not doing well might get breaks or 20 to 30 seconds.
Example : Doing well, tank-> Z Wave->Tank.
Doing poorly. Tank->30 second pause->Tank->30 second pause->Z wave
If you players are doing very well you might get: Tank->Tank->Tank+Zombie wave
There is also a max limit of 3 tanks ever allowed to spawn in the finale.
