Artwork Accurate Hat Kid

Ever wanted to have a biblically accurate Hat Kid? Accurate Colors while keeping the Default Hats? Because I have! Thats.. Thats why I DID this man.
Features a dye & flairs for the default caps that are unaffected by dyes for the purest Hat 'Hatalyn' Kid experience! All Available by default!
(Raincoat seen in screenshots was achieved by using the dyable raincoat mod! just edit the config so it flips the dyes and it'll display as normal)

Patch Notes:
- Made it so the dye enforces the hats, if you wanna mix & match em like the older versions I'll have it uploaded as an alternate mod RIGHT HERE

(At some point I may update it so its a config setting rather then seperate mods but thats a whole 'nother can of beans I have to figure out and I don't wanna do that right now)
