A simple black smoke overhaul for Combat Extended.

Black smoke now uses a percentage system, like vanilla gases, instead of PPM.
Effects of black smoke have been tweaked to accomodate this change. For example, insects exposed to black smoke with a density of 33% or more will go into a confused wander as usual.

This mod should improve performance over regular Combat Extended black smoke somewhat - not because I've made any incredible optimizations but because a lot of things tick less.

I haven't tested it but it should, yeah.
