Spaceshiba 4.0 Patch

描述
This is 4.0 patch for a "spaceshiba" mod made by Darmok at Backup Garry. It should be loaded below the original mod. Patch will be removed from workshop if creator of original mod asks me to do so.
Also, if any problems are encountered, inform me in comments.

I only made fix for the original mod, so as far as im concerned there is only space suit variant.

This happens because I disabled them for randomly spawned empires, so that no one would encounter species with spaceshiba/bear portrait while playing with these portraits. Unfortunately, this restriction applies to customly created empires too.
I can make a separate mod that doesn't have this restriction, If you wish.

even with empire spawning forced, the empires with spaceshiba and spacebear do not spawn!
