Loreful, dynamically scaling buffs for all AI factions

The basic AI battle buffs are pretty awful, theyre too general and so have little effect on some units, and far too much on others, changing the way the game feels and certain units operate and making them feel wrong to fight against. This mod adds specific, loreful buffs to individual unit types for individual factions, that scale with turn count and player empire size. This version of the mod adds buffs to all AI factions, regardless of alliances/faction, as long as theyre not a player faction.

If a faction is weak, theyll get large buffs, if theyre doing well, theyll get no buffs or minor buffs. This both helps to balance out factions, but also to ensure fewer factions are just roadblocks, with no real challenge as they dont have the infrastructure, stacking faction buffs etc.. that a player or bigger ai faction may have. Additionally, factions are more likely to hold on and potentially even rebound from taking big losses.

All buffs specified below will be doubled, tripled or entirely removed if the faction is either too big or too small, relative to both player empire size and turn count. i.e. big ai empires will have no additional buffs, small ai empires will potentially gain up to triple buffs to compensate. All race specific buffs are discussed below in the discussion section, would appreciate feedback if you feel i have not lorefully depicted a unit type, or you feel something is too powerful.

This mod is recommended for multiplayer games, as it takes into account all player factions for determining power, and buffs every non-player AI.

All factions:
Experience gain: 20% all units
Winds: 10 min, 20 cap
Building cost reduction: -10%
Growth: 20
Income: 10%
Magic item drop chance: 5%
Reload speed: 5%
Ammo: 10%
