Hourly Point Value from 3 to 5 digits. You will get rapid acceleration of Phoenix Points that all Soldiers can use, Regardless of Rank.

@Dtony, I have to giggle a bit every time I see your name here on Steam, because it's the same as my Grandsons.

I much more Prefer Phoenix Points Buffing, over the Soldier Points, because ALL SOLDIERS can use them. While Individuals I have seen got more that 150,500 SP per soldier, and that can never go down to Zero.

Hi, Can you implement Skill Points per hour, too? I take it as when you are Trainning, you are gatting exp. and skill together. It is frustrating to have 7 lvl soldier out of training facility, with 50-60 SP..
