Description
Added some RPG/medieval apparels themed around coastal settlements/harbour cities, including but not limited to fishermen and sailors, witch doctors, beggars, and pirates.

These outfits specially provide better heat insulation, so it's suitable for tropical biomes.
No more getting heat stroke while trying to be fashionable!

I think the Flower Garland should allow hair to be seen underneath it. Unfortunately, it looks very ugly on female NPCs.

Hi! The kids clothes aren't showing up anymore as an option on the tailoring bench.

Hi, I think you have a small bug with the garland.
I presume it's supposed to increase the pawn beauty (like the traits or genes), right? If so the XML tag should be <PawnBeauty>, not <Beauty> as it is right now.

Your "fix" for kid clothes has screwed it for 1.5; the kid clothes are not loading even if Biotech is loaded.

The Captain's Coat does not appear to benefit in its' defensive capabilities from different materials, only the comfortable temperature. Is this intended?

Is there way you could use these textures to replace the standard rimworld clothing by default. Like replace the look of Synththread t shirts when colonists arrive?

I agree, bandanas and a hat to complete the captain's outfit would be nice, also give it piloting ability if oddyssey is loaded?
