描述
Just a small troop overhaul reducing the maximum level for regular troops to tier 3 and noble troops to tier 5 whilst equipping them with appropiate gear.

The goal is to emphasize the importance of the noble troops in order to achieve a more realistic experience by disallowing peasants to magically become elite fighters in a matter of weeks, something which has never happened in real history.

The idea came to me from the levy system of INJ2 aswell as the mod De Re Militari

Works better with RBM enabled, no need for the integrated troop overhaul.

honestly the brawny fighty peasants that you recruit becoming elite fighters after a month of intense campaigning isnt impossible, considering their survival rate

I like this mod a lot but it appears that it greatly reduces the cavalry options for Batanians and Sturgians which severely handicaps those factions

@Warlord Youre quite right. Swords and armor in this period were really bloody expensive and for a good reason. The game barely takes that into consideration. RMB atleast makes armor realisticly protective, but the price for armor or armored troops is too low.
