Creature Relationship Viewer/ASV Fix

Deals with the Community/Creature Relationship table in the DevTools "M" menu clipping outside of the screen.
It does this by effectively partitioning the table into multiple pages.

NOTE: If you manage to add enough Creature Communities to the game that the table ends up clipping vertically, this mod won't help you.

Oh and if you were wondering, the "ASV" in the mod name stands for "AbstractSpaceVisualizer" - which is what the DevTools "M" Menu is called in the code.
