Improved Throw Adrenaline While Incapped

This is an improved version of a past mod I made, which let you drop your adrenaline on the ground to share it with a teammate. This mod improves on the concept by giving the adrenaline directly to a nearby teammate, saving them the trouble of needing to pick it up.

This script will also make you drop your melee or chainsaw when you get incapped; this is to fix a bug that would prevent you from getting a pistol when you go down. You can pick your melee up once you're revived.
