DjQoL1 - No Station Attacks While in Rift (+50% delay)

I was growing tired of pirates attacking my stations while I was buggering off in rifts. With this, I also wanted to extend out the time that it happens. I increased the time on the actual passive player script by 50% so you should see a decent delay in that as well. I expect it should work for all 2.x versions.
