The fix for getting extra Zones and the ability to purchase different Zone specialisations in middle of your Save file:

I'm currently also struggling with the third zone working on some worlds and sometimes it doesn't. Really weird. Running the correct load order and the compat mod as well

There's one error in IronyModManager, but it's for the Better Planet View req mod, which is also yours:

Error at line: 7 column: 15 file: interface\planet_view_template.md.
Please report this error to the author of the mod: Better Planet View.

Error message says:

Error in interface\planet_view_template.md: Ln: 7 Col: 15

The third zone sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't. I've been playing for a few hours and I've managed to build on some planets, but now the option to choose the district doesn't even appear.

What load order should i use if im using gigastructural engineering alongside this mod? Im also using your 6 buildings per zone mod, and the compatibility mod
