Construct holdings in any order

描述
This mod removes the need for holdings with multiple baronies to have a Castle, City and Temple Holding.

This allows you to build only Castles or only Cities/Temples on your counties.

You still need the associated Innovation to Build the Holding

The only change I have made is adding the old mod to the new government types file - I have left tribal and nomad's "required holdings" the same, since I'm not sure what wacky wanky situations will happen if I comment those out too. Change at your own risk.

Not compatible with EK2 because it has update of vanilla gov (for support of hist holding) and additional custom gov.
To add same function to EK2 you have to make a mod from EK2 files.
Comment lines containing :
required_county_holdings = { castle_holding city_holding church_holding }
in 00_government_types.txt and ek_government_types.txt

When I was troubleshooting there wasn't. But either way it's all good after the update you did.

@Hoppy it already has a governments folder, in the directory you mentioned

Currently not working. You need to create a common folder, governments folder in common, and then put the text file in the governments folder for this mod to work. So the path should be /common/governments/00_government_types.txt

This now works - It took way too long fiddling with files but yes, you may now build without restrictions.

I also enabled royal courts for republics - felt like it
