Rebalances certain upgrades of all classes to make them more useable.

Currently only 7 classes out of 10 has been touched! Bruiser, Spellsword, and Defender unchanged yet! I've been too busy and unmotivated recently so it never been finished. I've decided to upload unfinished version. Maybe one day I'll finish it.

If you really want to spoil yourself, there is full list of changes[docs.google.com], but it's more interesting to figure what has been changed yourself, if you know the game already.

Why? I wanted to make all abilities to have purpose, and to never be thought of as "instant skip". If you don't like any changes, feel free to not use this mod.

Only English language. If you use non-english language, you will see descriptions of abilities that were affected by this mod in English. Not really looking for translators right now, since its WIP, but if you really want to help me now, you're free to send me translated files.
