Damage & Hit Detecting Target [WIREMOD]

REQUIRES WIREMOD!!! (and probably collision resizer)
very simple target that counts hits and damage on each limb seperately on a small portable panel, good for target practice or weapon testing

key button enables/disables the counters
reset button resets all the values

made to be accurate to hl2 civilian scaling for the sake of accuracy, however damage to each limb won't be entirely accurate with more dynamic weapon bases that use their own damage system to limbs (ARC9, ARCCW, TFA etc.)
