United Cities are 3x More Expensive to Join

Adjusts the dialogue with Koin to make faction increases for the United Cities 3x more expensive. Dialogue will look odd, but the correct amount of cats are paid.

• All donations are 3x more expensive:
  
  • 5,000c donation increased to 15,000c
    
  • 10,000c donation increased to 30,000c
    
  • 20,000c donation increased to 60,000c
    
  • 50,000c donation increased to 150,000c
    
  • 100,000c donation increased to 300,000c
• Membership fee with the “influence” option increased to 30,000c (from 10,000c)
  
• Relationship increases/decreases from donations are unaffected.
