海兰德铁道学园所属、CCC（中央管制中心）的干部。

在列车驾驶方面有卓越的才能，与其双胞胎妹妹望一同被选为干部。但是十分不擅长文件和管理业务。是忠实于当时的欲望，不在意他人目光的特殊性格，往往容易引发各种事件。

Hikari is a member of the Central Control Center, the student council of Highlander. Despite her position, she tends not to take her work seriously and is often causing trouble alongside her twin sister Tachibana Nozomi.

@TwilightTunic Because these animations are specific to a certain character, there is no need to use them on other characters.

Is there a way to have just the animations for all the mods so you could use it with any model?

我多试了好几次发现这个治疗动画概率有点低而且好像动画还是没出来，就是站在那里发呆，不知道是什么问题（只装了这一个模组跟另一个必要模组的情况下）
