Jim's Combine Soldiers - V2

Jimmy f**kin' returns!!!
After the success of my first release of these intimidating, serious military personnel, suggestions came both from friends and the community alike and now I bring you the remastered combine soldiers!

Aside from various texture changes/fixes re-rigging, I've added the upper arm pads for a more protected look, and also (as requested) collision with my melee pack, with two new melee attacks exclusive to the Nova Prospekt Prisonguards, and the Overwatch Elite (which are my personal favorites <3).

I've decided to exclude the Zombines, as the standards are smart enough to wear helmets (totally not cause I was having model issues) As before I have a Tela_Temp.tga if anyone want's to attempt a retexture for the fatigues (not that that'll ever happen ;-;).
