What Is This?
Cutta's Dynamic NPC Spawner is an NPC spawner that spawns npcs around you on the map.
This is a Sequel to my old Simple NPC Spawning System.

Looking for a spawning system for your open world server? Then look no further.
This is the one and only spawner that you need.

Open Menu (Console):
cutta_dynamic_spawning_menu

This is fun, I'm enjoying the chaos and all, but I've noticed once the max has been reached, it seems to delete the oldest NPC. Would it be possible for there to be an option to not spawn any more until an NPC as been killed?

So a bug I discovered, oddly this spawner causes Combine to stop throwing grenades when spawned through this spawner.
