Fabricator Recipe Control

This mod adds a ribbon controlled logic building that attaches to fabricators and allows controlling up to 4 recipes (per attachment) via logic input.



Current latest Version: 1.0.1




Features
  • New Building: Fabricator Recipe Controller
  • Requires 50kg of refined metal and 1 microchip
  • Unlocked with the research "Parallel Automation".
  • Construct it on top of any sort of fabricator building to start controlling its recipes
  • Ribbon input is used to control up to 4 recipes.
    • "On" signal: Recipe gets produced continuously.
    • "Off" signal: Recipe stops all production
  • Recipe selection is done via UI
  • Multiple buildings can be attached to the same fabricator if you want more than 4 recipes controlled in parallel
  • Blueprints Expanded Data Transfer is supported

Make sure you do NOT have the mod "Debug Console" enabled as it breaks the game's logging and makes the log useless for fixing bugs!

Bugs in the games' mod updating system can leading to mods not updating, always use Mod Updater to force updates in that case!
If you get a restart required loop, ignore it by clicking the escape key, then use another force update.

Oh this is fantastic. I really like using resource sensors to help automate when things need to be produced, but it's tiresome only being able to control one thing per fabricator. I'm very excited to try this out.

Its the same logic you use on regular fabricator automation, just with multiple recipes per fabricator instead of the 1 recipe per building limit
