Let's get some Knowledge shall we?
Let's just cut straight to the point, you want to be a rampaging junkie and I'm here to give you that hit with the knowledge of how the Syringes work!

A base value is what your value is by default or with the hidden stats some of the classes (Big Shot, Thief, Merc...) have applied, which are then affected by Perks and Equipment. For example, Travis Baker with max Beast Mode has 140% Damage so a 2x from Berserk/Adrenaline would actually result in 280% while a regular Boss has 100% and thus have 200% during the effect.

Mule Booster
  • Lasts 60 seconds
  • Increases your base movement speed by 1.2x
  • Increases your base Bag capacity by 1
  • Stacks with Mule (Jupiter Character Pack Perk)
  • No primary use with Max Bags unlike Mule 3
  • Has a 150 seconds Cooldown (Effectively 90 seconds as it runs during the effect of Mule Booster)

Berserk
  • Lasts 6 seconds
  • Increases your base movement speed by 1.1x
  • Increases your base reload speed by 3.0x
  • Increases your base damage by 2.0x
  • Decreases damage taken by 65%
  • Has a 36 seconds Cooldown (Effectively 30 seconds as it runs during the effect of Berserk)

Adrenaline
  • Requires 10 Kills to be useable (Melee counts as 2x)
  • Stuns Enemies within 6.5 meters for 2.25 seconds on use
  • Start Duration is 10 seconds extendable up to 15s max (Gun kills add +2s and Melee adds +3s)
  • Increases your base movement speed by 1.2x
  • Increases your base reload speed by 3.0x
  • Increases your base damage by 2.0x
  • Decreases damage taken by 65%
  • Reduces HP healed per second from Regen by 50% until first use
  • Regen Delay reduced to 50% while active (overwrites Vigor/Medic values)
  • HP/s gain increased to 250% while active
  • Locked behind Jupiter Character Pack Ownership

WARNING: Adrenaline's HP/s Penalty applies in Rockay Rumble with no way to remove it. Note 1: Base Health Regen Delay is 4 seconds without Perks or Class modifiers. Note 2: Difficulty related Delay is added AFTER the Reduction via Adrenaline. Note 3: Recharge Rate from Classes & Perks do not apply to Adrenaline. Note 4: You cannot recharge the 2nd Adrenaline (via Geared) while the other is active.

I mean if you really wanted to sure. Holding out a secondary/melee also helps though and doenst use up Mule Booster temporarily so that might be a more worthwhile option unless you dont need to haul bags I suppose.

I felt like there was extra movement speed, I didn't know that was actually the case. So, Mule more useful than it seems? Still wasteful to use with Toolbox III, but in roguelite can be used to get Brute characters up to speed, it seems like?
