Step 1: Open the folder as C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop
Step 2: find the addon
Step 3: Open GCFSpace
Step 4: drag file into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\sound\npc\mega_mob
Step 5: Enjoy! :D
