描述
Changes Hermit Kingdom to limit the player to only 1 city (similar to Chosen Destroyers), but significantly increases the bonuses gained from the trait

Knowledge bonus is increased from +15% to +60%
Food bonus is increased from +15% to +45%
Production bonus is increased from +15% to +30%
City Stability bonus is changed from +20 to +15%

I think it would be fine for a Hermit Kingdom to be able to vassalize conquered cities instead of just destroying them.
