To update this mod on steam enter insurgency and go to the ab "workshop" click on publish addon or publish compliment (not publish map) and select your vpk in the first bar, write a mod name and description and in the last bar put a picture that represent your mod and select in what sectors of modding is your mod (like weapon skins or sound mods) after this click on publish and finally you are a modder !!! YAY :D

After this copy and paste three times the ogg and wav files, rename every pair of files with these names: ins_win_a_rd, ins_win_b_rd and ins_win_longmix_rd. In the finish these files will be like this : ins_win_a_rd.wav ,ins_win_a_rd.ogg <--- same thing with _b_rd and longmix.
Now put these files in a folder (create it anywhere you want) called "cues" . After it put the folder cues in a folder called "sound" (CREATE IT) and after put song in a folder with the name you want. Go to insurgency2 folder (Problably on C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\insurgency2 ---> now go to bin and find a program called vpk.exe. Drag your folder with any name over vpk.exe, it will open a cmd and create a vpk file for you, after this drag this vpk in folder custom (insurgency2\insurgency\custom) and start your game and test your mod(ALWAYS remember to write snd_restart on console for every sound mod work

You problably need a audio editor program (I really recommend Vegas Pro) a conversion tool (Xilisoft Converter Ultimate i use) and GFScape to open vpks. First you have to choose a song of your preference and edit it, you can make it with 20-30 sec to not keep playing the music after the win or 40-50 sec to not stop before the map vote screen, if you play coop i recommend the long with 40-50. Render the project in any format you want because after this you will have to convert to wav and ogg by using a converter like the Xilisoft one (Dont render your music in wav and ogg in vegas thinking that will work cause insurgency for some reason dont run this vegas saved files)

Haha, i will try to do this song in more sounds of the game so

sneak on friend's computer. replace every sound file on game with rickroll.
