Default Textures 4 Gary's Slightly Revised Weapons

Gary is a cool guy and he has to deal with y'all complaining that the weapons on his Slightly Revised addons look the same while being too blind to see the improvements he made, so he has to resort to changing their looks. This is for those that want those improvements while keeping the original looks.

This changes the texture on the Slightly Revised Grenade Launcher to a improved default texture and removes the L4D1 campaigns alternative texture variant on the Slightly Revised Pistols.
