P-6M Omnidirectional Thrust-Vectoring Technology Demonstrator

The P-6M, or the YF-10 OTV s an experimental twin-engine, canard configuration thrust-vectoring technology demonstrator by Kebal Central Institute of Aerohydrodynamics. Due to the significant difference between the atmospheric environments of Kerbin and Earth, the aircraft was developed throughout the design phase with the goal of achieving optimal maneuverability, which was also required by the Kerbal Air Force (KAF). The P-6M is the first twin-engine aircraft in history to be able to perform controllable 'Cobra' and 'Falling Leaf' maneuvers without relying on any momentum wheels.

Technically, the P-6M is still a prototype, but unlike its other prototypes, the M model is not equipped with traditional A.I.R.B.R.A.K.E.S, but instead with a new system that creates drag by coordinating the ailerons and canards. This new design reduces weight and improves the lift-to-drag ratio, and what's more, it looks more advanced!
