Disable Witch Animation Delays

Removes the Witch's wandering scream, pre-maul, pre-retreat and falling animations by speeding them up a lot.

Now:
-The Wandering Witch won't stand still for a second to scream, she will be startled instantly.
-The Witch will maul her target instantly after downing them, instead of preparing to attack.
-The Witch will retreat instantly when she loses or kills her target, so she won't stay there for 2 to 3 seconds looking around.
-The Witch's fall animation is skipped, so if she's made to fall by an explosion or headshot off a height, instead of sliding on the floor with the fall animation once reaching the bottom, she will stumble instantly, making her recover quickly.



This mod is originally made by skysky199, I've only added the pre-maul, pre-retreat and fall animations.
