I'm really fed up with adding pictures in the guide. It's too troublesome. So I decided to release this tutorial in the form of a mod. You don't need to subscribe to this tutorial because there are only a few pictures in it.

The installation method of this tutorial is the one I can guarantee to be the most effective. This is also the installation method I use. As for GCFScape, please search for it in the browser and download it.

If you have found more suitable installation methods and resources for non-Chinese users, please share your methods with everyone^^

About ADSplugin:
1.When playing in multiplayer mode, it may encounter some bugs. Therefore, I suggest you use it only when playing alone.
2.You need to add "-insecure" in the launch options to ensure that the plugin platform and ADS plugin can work properly. However, this will prevent you from joining others' servers. If you want to join others' servers, please remove "-insecure" or change it to "//-insecure".
3.In the...\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\cfg\sourcemod folder, you can find the file "l4d2_aim_down_sight". Inside this file, you can modify some parameters of the ADS plugin.

So whats the benefit for using ADS? Accuracy? I see no difference between hip fire and ADS, but it looks cool.

For those who are annoyed by the hitmarkers/sound effects for it i've finally figure it out how to disable:

For the hitmarkers go to:

\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\materials\overlays\hitsound

and delete all the files in there.

For the sounds produced by hitmarkers go to:

\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\sound\hitsound

and delete all the files in there.

i need help, i accidently messed up the tutorial and when i re do the turorial again some files like sourcemod and metamod are missing, can you help?

@NOOB if map is darker sometimes it's not because the plugin, but video.cfg, there's tutorial for it to solving darker maps

Why is the scope black when I use mods with 2x and 3x zoom? Additionally, why are all the maps I play so dark that I can't see anything, while before installing this mod, the maps were not too dark? :steamfacepalm:
