Takes Convert Holdings Continued originally made by Kurthakon and updates it to work with the latest version of the game.

Fixes and changes:

• Support for Nomadic and Tribal governments is included. (To ensure they can give a county to a vassal of their government type.)
  
• Gold cost now matches the Feudalize Tribe button.
  
• You can now safely mark to notify and still be able to create vassals of your government type.

This mod overrides:
Works with any game version.
