Unintended solution Stack two boxes on the enemy before the blue wall before gun, remove the bottom box, top one stays, can hop on from the other box, got on walls and get star and end for free

It seems the puzzle closed itself upon getting the sigil; I thought I could proceed to solving the star at that point? Now I guess I have to start from the top to do the star?

Found an unintended solution.
I put the two cubes so that I fell down on them from the first ladder.

Then I was able to jump up on the wall and walk all over the place. I jumped down to the star and rewinded. Strangely, the star remained when I rewinded. Finally I was able to jump and land in the final area

Thank you! I agree, the rewind feature makes mines way more usable as an actual puzzle element, as opposed to an obstacle.
