Named after the legendary early spaceflight mission, the Apollo is a scouting shuttle designed to serve as a self-contained jumpstart for any fledgeling colony or station. With ISRU production facilities, decent cargo capacity, and a hull designed for atmospheric reentry, the Apollo can ensure a foothold in any corner of a new frontier.

The Apollo is a relatively simple ship, I didn't think it was capable of anything weird like that. Only thing I can think of is that servers don't usually work well running complicated ingame scripts, and this ship uses multiple. Turning off the Programmable Blocks could fix the issue.

i also had to stop it build or use.
somehow it laggs our server and interfere with other ships. tried multiple times

That's odd. Blueprint works fine on my end, I'll update the build just to be sure. Any chance you printed this in survival? That can sometimes cause the toolbar to lose its inputs.
