I think I know what you’re talking about. If you already have the trains saved somewhere on your computer, open the train’s folder and scroll until you find Decal.png — that’s probably what you’re talking about. If not, just let me know to confirm.
If I am on the right track, here’s what I did: I looked up a pink background on Google, imported it into Photoshop (or another editing program if you don’t have Photoshop), aligned it how I wanted, and then exported it as a PNG.
Hopefully that’s what you meant but if not, just drop another comment to clarify.

I added it. Thanks for letting me know. I didn't think that there would be a 3rd train at the time i made this re-creation.
