Lastly, if my concern was the history of the content I show here more than the message and the effect that it will have on the viewer, I would problably mind more of even not doing this mod "because this song is a chauvinist and imperialist bad taste stereotyped burlesque parody of the russian culture and soviet history, showing exaggerated characteristics of soviet patriotic songs and writing deteriorating, negative and stereotype lyrics joking about the soviet era and russian people!!!" than caring about a tiny little detail that no one will notice if don't know the history of this alteration of this picture, almost insignificant compared to the event and message portrayed in the picture itself

About the change of position of Yegorov's watch, well, I didn't knew neither noticed it and probably only who knows the history behind it (like you) would have noticed. Still, this alteration alone, as insignificant as it is, would never change the thoughts of the viewer about this event, unless they are strictly and perfeccionist about the history of the picture like you, in some ways, seems to be :)

Well, I would have to disagree with you. I used this repainting of the original photograph (by Yevgeny Khaldei) because the colors give the characters and events of the picture proximity with the viewer. In the way I see, probably someone who see this repainting, because of the colors, will assimilate the message of the picture as not just as a memory from the very past, something erased from history (as I think they would think viewing the original one), but , with colors, they would probably have more chances to realize that the message and the struggle portrayed at the picture still remains today, that is, the picture shows a very glorious piece of the history of working class' struggle and ,with colors, remembers that this struggle is not a dead memory of the past, but is actual and alive than ever

Don't use a Anti-Soviet poster when making a red Army Choir based song pack nexttime

The reason is:You see the guy holding the guy putting up the Soviet Flag on the Reichstag? Yeah look closely the guy has a Clock the original one Does not have the clock it was made as Anti-Soviet Propoganda to frame the soviets as Looting Criminals(But in reality we are rapists!)

Someone requested me this song and sent me a link from a video called "Red Army Choir - Victory Soviets" (the video does not exist anymore) - clearly a bad mistake but, by the time, I didn't know was just a american game soundtrack and not a Red Army Choir legitimate song. To remember people that have installed the mod previous which mod was (if I just changed the name, some people would be "oh, which mod is this?" and unsubscribe) I mantained the original name but added the real song name in the title. About doing the real Victory song from R.A. Choir, I would love too, but I will, sadly, have to refuse. I don't do mods since a long time ago, and don't have the tools neither the practice anymore to do it quickly. It's not cause is difficulty, but because it will take some time and I will need to download Sony Vegas and some tools again and....ahhh hahaha

Why not Victory from the Red Army Choir(Actual Song)?
