NMRiH: Kitchen Knife w/ Maglite

The Kitchen Knife along with a Maglite from No More Room in Hell, on its respective animations. Replaces the CS:S Knife.
Includes sounds and a HUD icon.

Reskin directory: models\weapons\me_kitknife\skins\ & models\weapons\item_maglite\skins\

NOTE: Make sure to install the shared content listed in the required items to avoid missing textures with the Maglite.
