NMRiH: Hatchet w/ Maglite

The Hatchet along with a Maglite from No More Room in Hell, on its respective animations. Replaces the Crowbar.
Includes sounds and a HUD icon.

NOTE: Make sure to install the shared content listed in the required items to avoid missing textures with the Maglite.
