While Te Ika-a-Māui was contested amongst dozens of famed iwi, in the south one quickly reigned supreme. Since their arrival in Te Wai Pounamu, Ngāi Tahu quickly established dominance as the preeminent iwi. Their control over much of the island and its resources gave them a powerful position, particularly due to the presence of the prized pounamu, which was traded across the islands and cemented Ngāi Tahu's economic position. Yet they did not shrink from war either, establishing vast war parties in search of utu when war came knocking.

There's a type in the improvement's sql script. You are inserting "IMPROVEMENT_MC_PA" into Improvement_ResourceTypes instead of "IMPROVEMENT_MC_NGAI_TAHU_PA", so it doesn't work to put the Pa on a bonus resource. Quick fix though :)

Pounamu doesn't show as a resource. It cannot be traded or shipped to other cities. Please, explain what to do.
