Medic primary assembled from an anchor, a harpoon gun, and a mooring cleat, among other nautical debris, bound together with rope.

The harpoon is bodygrouped so that it could potentially be hidden after firing and reappear after reloading, but it would be up to Valve to implement that behavior.
