Fix Null-Named GPS

If players in your world/server crash from typing /gps or creating a gps in the menu then this it's likely that some mod or plugin added GPS with null names.

This mod iterates all gps from all identities and finds any that have null name and gives them a name in "0000_UNNAMED" format where the number increments with each.

It will write to SE log "Attempted to fix GPS with null names" with how many it found, then you can save the world and you can remove the mod too, or you can leave it to automatically fix this issue in the future.
