Slightly weaker than the M249, but the key feature is that the recoil COMPLETELY disappears when the bipod is extended.

Weapon from Insurgency workshop.
Also compatible with any sight extensions :).

So yea, no need to complain about TFA being "obsolete" (btw i dont hate any base, i just rotate through them when bored), if you really want this gun to be on another base, it is possible (and quite easy) to port it yourself even with little to no knowledge.

Plus people can port to those other bases if they wanted to, it's not that hard.

TFA in 2025 feels really obsolete & old compared to the others

im genuinely surprised people still port weapons to this base
