[ARC9] Modern Warfare 2023 - DLC Submachine Guns

I started this project not long after releasing the ARC9 WSP Weapon Pack. A lot of roadblocks prevented me from polishing up this addon to a state that I'm happy with. However, while I think these aren't up to snuff, I decided to release this now instead of just letting these guns continue to rot in a GitHub repository. Enjoy!

  FAQ
  - How do I customize? - Just like on ArcCW, you press your Context button (default 'C')
  - How do I melee? - Hold your USE (default 'E') button and press your primary attack (default 'Left Mouse')
  - Why does this not have all of the attachments? - I didn't want to add all of the attachments. I made this pack mainly for fun and not for it to be an exact port like my MWB addons.
  - There's this issue with this issue pls fix - I probably won't fix it for a while unless it's game breaking.
  - What do I need to use this? - You need the ARC9 Weapon Base, [ARC9] Modern Warfare 2019, and the [ARC9] Modern Warfare 2019 Shared Pack respectively.
