Big Tank's Rebirth

Because Big Tank's a modded boss, a traditional resprite mod couldn't be made.
So instead, this mod uses the original mod's files. Meaning the two can't coexist without direct confliction.

Another graphical overhaul. This time of Guilherme's Big Tank Boss better fitting it in the Isaac style while keeping true to it's place as a stylistic interloper. +Delirium Form!

This boss' home is Chapter 2, so Caves, Catacombs, and Flooded Caves.
