描述
• Grungi character trait changed from local region to local province
• Reduced construction cost reduction from 15% to 10% to balance a little bit


Just another personal mod I decided to upload. Was finding it tedious and a little immersion breaking having my garrison Lords waddle back and forth to construct stuff so I made the trait province wide so I didn't need to. Might reduce it further to 8% if it feels a bit powerful.

Would have been nice if you had named the mod correctly. It's "Grungni", not "Grungi". Would make finding this mod easier. When I searched for "Grungni" this mod didn't show up.
