ROOMU TFAR Expansion

The TFAR Compat/Expansion for ROOMU. This adds several Radio Packs under each faction's encryption. It also overwrites the capacity changes made to the Radio Pack in the base mod, returning them to vanilla values. This is to reflect the fact the bag itself is now the radio, rather than requiring space to carry a separate radio object, like in ACRE.

Requires the original ROOMU Camouflages mod to work.

Includes keys.
