Vignette Remover

Removes the vignette HUD effect. If you don't know what that means, the vignette HUD effect darkens the corners of the screen. This mod eliminates that for a cleaner image. Note that the brute force manner this is done removes the vein effects from insanity. I don't like those either so eh. I personally found the vignette distracting on a 4:3 screen, but this can benefit anyone who dislikes needless filmic effects in games.
