Stupid machines! Why don't these ever seem to work?

Replaced the clown with security guard noisemaker

Get the custom survivor voicelines and captions here!

Features:

- New security guard model with vest and accessories
- New static and interference noise replacing clown's squeaking sounds.
- Shared counterpart from Improved Whispering Oak Staff

The mods seen in the screenshot is Human Skin Common Infected (The Last Stand Update)

Note:

- It's compatible with palette
- It's not compatible with any clown remodels mod (with some exception)
- If you're planning to use with Improved Whispering Oak Staff, please ensure you make this mod high priority
