More Skill/Trinket Choices and No Shadow Curse Cost for Rerolls

描述
Now the skill sphere and trinket picker give 6 choices and the reroll option no longer has a shadow curse cost.

I want to thank and credit @ValoriousRaph, whose mod called "More Skill Choices" served as the basis for my project.

@John1117 @Pataco I don't have access to my PC right now 'cause I'm living in another city and didn't bring my PC with me. I'm going to my mom's house this weekend so I'll try to fix it.

Always thought the shadow curse cost to rerolling was completely needless. Spending one of your limited rerolls should be the cost. I'd get it if rerolls weren't limited, but they are, and I end up never using any since the cost is too high to justify early on and the ability to remove shadow curse doesn't even show up until the latter half of a run. Thanks for this.

Really good mod, can hit BIS builds easier and makes runs more fun that way!
