描述
主宰可以编进舰队内，由于修改了 class = shipclass_starbase为class = shipclass_military，导致主宰会丢失船坞相关内容，即无法造船与修船，我暂时找不到两者共存的方法，虽然我一开始是希望两者共存的
由于需要覆盖原版文件，排序时尽量往后排

和伞的进阶飞升冲突，只关了那个就行了

Agreed, don't fix the shipyard please, it's so annoying when it gets priority over the dedicated facilities :D

loseing the ship yard feels like a plus i hate the way the game prios it for everything over the mega shipyard changeing or adding diff loadouts would be better than trying to fix the shipayard in my op
