Chamber Blocking Fixed!

This mod makes chamber blocks more reliable and easier to perform. Chambers should feel a lot closer to the ones in Warband. To pull one off, you have to make sure your windup animation collides with the incoming swing. The easiest way to do that is to tap block in the direction and switch into an attack (except for thrusts).

Changes only one value in native_parameters.xml, so it should be compatible with everything as long as 'minimum_anim_strength_for_chamber_block' is not changed by another mod, which is unlikely.
